Pumpkin Protein Balls with White Chocolate Drizzle

If fall had a flavor, it would taste exactly like these pumpkin protein balls, creamy, cozy, and just the right amount of sweet.

They’re made with real pumpkin, wholesome ingredients, and finished with a smooth drizzle of melted white chocolate for that bakery-worthy touch. Think pumpkin pie meets protein bite, with zero refined junk.

 Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the base: In a bowl, stir together almond butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

  2. Add the dry ingredients: Mix in almond flour and the Taylor Dukes Wellness Bone Broth Pumpkin Spice Protein until a dough forms.

  3. Adjust texture: Add more almond flour if sticky or a bit of nut butter if too dry.

  4. Form balls: Roll into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper.

  5. Chill: Pop them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

  6. Drizzle: Melt white chocolate chips, then drizzle generously over the chilled protein balls.

  7. Set: Refrigerate again for 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

Enjoy these chilled, with a matcha or chai in hand.
