Returns & Exchanges

ALL sales become final once purchased. The brands we work with do not accept returns from us. Some products do not have a sanitary seal which would be unsafe for Live Healthillie to put back into our inventory.

For most people, it takes a few weeks to adjust to new products including but not limited to skin care, herbal tonics, detox products, etc. so please allow your body time to adjust to these products. 

Shipping Policy

We now prioritize shipping UPS ground meaning most packages take between 1-4 business days to deliver. All orders typically ship within 24 hours depending on the volume for the day unless an item is out of stock. Since UPS is the official mail handler, once mail is scanned into the UPS system, Live Healthillie will no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you opt in for Route Protection (more info below) they will handle claims on your behalf. See Route's confirmation email for instructions on how to file claims.

Orders are not packed on the weekends. If an order is returned to sender, a shipping cost will be charge to resend the order.

Route 1-Click Protect

We understand that sometimes your orders may get lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. That’s why we’ve teamed with Route to help you protect your order from anything the world throughs at it!

How Does 1-Click Protect Work?

When you land on the checkout page you’ll notice that 1-Click Protect Powered by Route has been added to your cart. This benefit protects your entire purchase from damage, loss, or theft for just a fraction of your cart total. You can remove 1-Click Protect from your cart at any time but then your package will not be insured and you'll have to deal with the shippers yourself (trust me, you definitely don't want to do that). 

When Will My Order Ship? 

We aim to ship all orders same day if placed before 2pm EST.  At Live Healthillie we ship via domestic orders UPS Ground which means you should receive your order within 1-4 days. 

Orders going to Canada ship USPS and may take 7-21 business days depending on the method you chose at checkout.

Can I Cancel My Order? 

Unfortunately, since we may ship same day, we cannot cancel an order that has already been scanned and picked up. We thank you in advance for making sure you want the product before you complete your checkout.  

What if an Item is Out of Stock? 

For out of stock items, we include an option to opt into email notifications that will notify you once the item is back in stock. This can take between 1-2 weeks for us to receive most items.

Live Healthillie LLC provides a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you have confirmed that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.
