I got the orange flavor and did not like it at first. I was mixing it into water only. Then I would mix it into orange juice. Then it did start to taste better with just adding it to water. It is good for what it is and if you know your body could use something like this. Increased stress may have been preventing me from enjoying it!

I love the clean ingredients, and not to mention it is the perfect balance of flavor and saltiness. I personally mix it with coconut water and fresh squeezed lemons, not necessary, but it's sort of a mocktail taken to the next level with these packets! I am 2 weeks postpartum and I have had one of these almost every day since giving birth and let me tell you, I can tell when I haven't had one.

I never leave reviews but this is the first electrolyte/mineral blend that I can feel a significant difference in my energy and overall body. I’ve tried so many clean electrolytes like cure and even ballerina farms and I can’t tell a difference. I still felt dehydrated, tired and groggy and sluggish. I’ve only taken this for a short period and I already feel like my brain can focus, I have no sugar cravings, my body feels like it’s not falling apart halfway through the day. This product actually has minerals that the other brands are missing. So instead of taking 10 supplements I can just drink this. *and also* I noticed a change in my hormones. I used to grow hair like dark pokey hairs on my chin, chest and upper lip and since taking this it’s significantly diminished.
