minerals and chill has literally saved my life. I am 17 weeks pregnant with my third child and for the first time experiencing severe sciatic pain wrapping around my waist, shooting down my legs and minerals and chill is literally the only thing that has taken the pain away!😭 I also have a two and one year-old at home which means I literally don’t have time to sit down with a heating pad!

I never miss a day! Started taking this last July right after I got pregnant and swear it not only helped my energy levels (despite morning sickness) but kept me from getting sick through the winter. (PCOS girl here who had a previous loss). M&C also really helped with Charlie horses. There was a week where I ran out and used another popular electrolyte and I got serval Charlie horses! After I started back on M&C, not one Charlie horse! I kept taking right up until my emergency c section (day after my due date with high BP) and my husband had it for me post surgery in the hospital every day. I’m also convinced it’s helped my milk supply and energy levels post partum. I can’t say enough good things about M&C. Love the lemon lime flavor… and so does my husband!

First off, these taste amazing! I love the lemon lime for a refreshing taste. I noticed a big difference in my afternoon energy after drinking these. My job is very high demanding and can be frustrating. I felt like I was able to take on tasks in a calmer and more focused way than before!

Second time purchasing M&C and the wayyyy it helps my cycles is magical! Eases my pain and lessens the usual 7 day duration & heavy flow i usually have since i first got it as a young girl. Tastes so good i love both flavors however loving the lemon lime more this time around. I literally put everyone onto this product and it helps me clear the fogginess from that long midday feeling of being up and down all day into the night (nyc hustle life lol).
