I love these for in-office days or if I’m traveling, when I can’t make a homemade adrenal cocktail. They taste great and are even more convenient now that they’re individual packets instead of a scooper. Only caution is to watch your magnesium dosage — if you take a daily magnesium supplement, you may want to cut back or skip on the days you drink this. If you don’t take magnesium daily, ease into the full packet.

This is my new favorite mineral/electrolyte powder! The flavor is not overpowering and tastes good. I also know I'm getting clean ingredients. but I do have some FEEDBACK: 1) sometimes the powder doesn't mix all the way and can clump up. My advice is to use an electric stirrer if you can. 2) the packets don't always rip open easily or in a clean line, causing the powder to spill out in a weird way and make a mess. Please try and make the packets perforated and the powder more dissolvable if you can so it is more convenient on the go :)

I absolutely love M&C! I work long hours during the week and it’s helped me stay energized and overall I just feel really good when I take it. I’ve cut coffee out of my life for the most part and this helps immensely. Usually I’ll have it in the late morning and I don’t get that afternoon crash around 3/4pm anymore. The flavor is great and the to go packets are super convenient. Once I run out of the lemon lime I plan on buying the orange flavor! I highly recommend for anyone who struggles with energy/fatigue throughout the day. M&C is a game changer!!! 👏🏼
