Can I Cancel My Order?

We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been scanned or picked up.
Please double-check your cart before checking out — we truly appreciate your understanding!

What If an Item Is Out of Stock?

Click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive an email as soon as it’s restocked.

My Order Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Get It

In most cases, your package will arrive within 1 business day after the tracking shows “Delivered.”
There can be a short delay between the physical delivery and the tracking update.

If it’s been more than 2 business days, please email us at support@livehealthillie.com so we can help.

Subscriptions

Create an account to manage your subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.
Cancel anytime before your next charge under Subscriptions in your account.

Any changes to your subscription will apply to your next upcoming shipment. Taxes and shipping may apply.

Live Healthillie LLC provides a subscription service. By subscribing, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis, and your payment method will be charged until canceled. Taxes and shipping fees may apply. You may cancel anytime from the Subscriptions section of your account.

Discounts do not combine with other offers, sitewide promotions, or subscription discounts (Subscribe & Save).
