All sales are final.
Because we partner with many brands, we can’t accept returns. Some items don’t have sanitary seals, making restocks unsafe.
Please allow a few weeks for your body to adjust to new products.

Shipping & returns
Orders ship via UPS or USPS
within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days but may take longer during the holiday season.
Once scanned by the carrier, Live Healthillie isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If USPS marks your order as Returned to Sender, an automatic refund will be issued once our warehouse receives and inspects the package.

What Is Route? Is My Package Insured?
If you added Route 1-Click Protect at checkout, your order is fully insured (see your Route email for claim instructions).
Route covers your order against loss, damage, or theft for a small fee at checkout.
You can remove it anytime, but without it, your package isn’t insured, and you’ll need to file claims directly with UPS/USPS.
Can I Cancel My Order?

We’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been scanned or picked up.

What If an Item Is Out of Stock?

Click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to receive an email as soon as it’s restocked.
My Order Says Delivered, But I Didn’t Get It

In most cases, your package will arrive within 1 business day after the tracking shows “Delivered.”
There can be a short delay between the physical delivery and the tracking update.
If it’s been more than 2 business days, please email us at support@livehealthillie.com so we can help.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. A reminder email is sent 3 days before each renewal.
Cancel anytime before your next charge under Subscriptions in your account.
Any changes to your subscription will apply to your next upcoming shipment. Taxes and shipping may apply.

Live Healthillie LLC provides a subscription service. By subscribing, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis, and your payment method will be charged until canceled. Taxes and shipping fees may apply.
