A little goes a long way, it definitely removes all the makeup easily and it leaves my face feeling refreshed.

Feels very rich and nourishing on the skin. It's definitely thick! A little goes a long way. And you need to use a warm, damp cloth to remove it. It doesn't just melt off with water, which is different than other balms I've used in the past so it took a little to get used to.

This is my first time using a thick balm type cleanser and I actually really enjoy it! It's extremely moisturizing but yet cleanses and removes all my makeup! My skin has been loving it. I still use a moisturizer after it but that's because I live in a super dry climate. I use this in the morning and before bed. It is very gentle too. For reference I have acne prone oily skin.
