Nectar Hydration Packets

I’ve been using Nectar Hydration Packets and really enjoy them! They mix easily into water and have a mild, refreshing taste—not too sweet, just right. I used to drink LMNT for its salty flavor, but I find Nectar’s more subtle flavor better for my daily routine.

As a personal trainer who also does their own works out 4-5 times a week (lifting and yoga), these packets give me just the right hydration boost before the gym or first thing in the morning. They’re great for moderate exercise, but if you're after something with more salt or you're a high-performance athlete, they might not be enough.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I wish there were more flavor options. I’m not a fan of lemon, but my husband loves it, so it works out.

Overall, Nectar Hydration Packets are perfect for everyday hydration and light to moderate workouts!

Cherry pomegranate is my personal favorite! So good, not overly sweet, and i definitely feel more hydrated after have it!

These hydration packets are a staple for me in my pregnancy and will be in my breastfeeding journey as well. Delicious and refreshing flavors! I have recommended these to several of my friends and family.
