Have been using the orange m&c for probably two months now & can tell a huge difference when I’ve stayed consistent with it! I started using M&C when she first created it. Loved the taste but wasn't sure if it was doing anything for my body. I stopped using it for 3 months. My terrible PMS symptoms and painful periods came back. Reimplemented M&C a month ago and didn't even realize my period was due until it got here-no PMS symptoms or painful periods. It really does what it's suppose to.
