I never leave reviews but this is the first electrolyte/mineral blend that I can feel a significant difference in my energy and overall body. I’ve tried so many clean electrolytes like cure and even ballerina farms and I can’t tell a difference. I still felt dehydrated, tired and groggy and sluggish. I’ve only taken this for a short period and I already feel like my brain can focus, I have no sugar cravings, my body feels like it’s not falling apart halfway through the day. This product actually has minerals that the other brands are missing. So instead of taking 10 supplements I can just drink this. *and also* I noticed a change in my hormones. I used to grow hair like dark pokey hairs on my chin, chest and upper lip and since taking this it’s significantly diminished.
These packets are a game changer! They are convenient and packet full of great minerals which have helped keep my hydrates and functioning better! I will definitely be repurchasing and recommending!!
