Usually if it’s yummy, it’s not hydrating. If it’s hydrating it’s not yummy (unless dodgy ingredients were snuck in secretly) but Illie/Healthillie did it all without compromising our guts. Thank you thank you! We love both flavors.. it helps me hydrate like a boss while nursing.

I’ve been drinking the orange minerals & chill for 4 months now & I LOVE it. Was drinking it with just water originally but just recently started mixing it with the once upon a coconut + pineapple & it’s like a mocktail piña colada I’m obsessed 😭 besides the flavor I love how less anxious I am, I handle stress better & my energy levels are WAY better than what they used to be. I used to be crashing out at some point between 12-2pm. Now I’m good until I go to bed at night!

I am absolutely obsessed with m&c! It is the perfect balance of sweet and tart and immediately makes me feel more energized and less drained. It has been a staple throughout my pregnancy and helps immensely with headaches and fatigue. The new lemon lime flavor tastes like a yellow Gatorade - a childhood favorite of mine I’ve given up due to the nasty ingredients. I’d recommend this to anyone in my life!

I have never written reviews before but I had to for this. I have 3 little kids and this has given me energy again, periods are shorter, anxiety is gone, I have patience, and more. It’s like the second I drink it stress leaves my body and my nervous system calms. I have never felt better in my life. If you are debating on getting this you need to. This is what has been missing my health journey!

Just ordered more after using for 60 days. Since using I’ve noticed an increase in energy levels. Also I noticed my cycle was smooth and I was unaware of when it was starting because my mood was good and back pain and cramps non existent. I love the lemon like flavor the best. Love that I can have this first thing in the morning and can cut back on pill form supplements.

i hate writing reviews but i gotta support my balkan girlie here she really did it with this product. obviously nothing is an end all cure all but i started my cycle with no pain after drinking for 2/3 weeks consistently (i usually take 6 ibuprofen a day with a heating pad). i’ll definitely be repurchasing

I absolutely love minerals and chill. I have to say, the one thing I’ve noticed a major improvement with after taking these is my period has become so much more normal. Also, these I bring me back to life after hiking or working out it’s wild. Helps me avoid those mid-day slumps. Love these!

I want to start by saying I went through 3 bags of this before leaving a review .. originally the bulk powder then the sticks. I love how convenient the individual sticks are to pack for work or the gym etc. Second, I am a healthillie STAN but still always weary when people rave about a product making a huge difference, especially after just a few days saying they notice a difference. But let me tell you, this stuff is worth the hype!! After a month of consistently drinking m&c almost daily I noticed two HUGE things..
1) I did not have any of my normal seriously painful cramping or skin break outs I get before my period - in fact I didn’t even feel like my period was coming this month.
2) I have not been experiencing a mid day crash.. and let me tell you I am a chronic fatigue girlie who struggles to get through the day after 2 or 3 o’clock. I feel energized through my whole day.

LOVE the benefits of this product. I definitely prefer the lemon lime flavor over the orange but both are yummy! Def can taste some saltiness but that’s one thing I like about it. If I were you, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase this, your body will thank you!

After following this account for years, I knew I needed to give this a go. I am so glad I did. I went from spotting before my period with a 7+ day cycle to minimal/no spotting and 3-4 day cycle. My cramps were also much more bearable. Additionally, my boobs got bigger due to the support with the hormones (nothing crazy here). Overall, I am feeling so much better. I am telling every single one of my friends!!
