Have been using the orange m&c for probably two months now & can tell a huge difference when I’ve stayed consistent with it! Even just after two days straight of having some I feel so much better / less fatigue. I’ve also been using it while pregnant & it’s been a lifesaver for those days I feel extra extra tired! Can’t wait to try the new flavors!!

I started using M&C when she first created it. Loved the taste but wasn't sure if it was doing anything for my body. I stopped using it for 3 months. My terrible PMS symptoms and painful periods came back. Reimplemented M&C a month ago and didn't even realize my period was due until it got here-no PMS symptoms or painful periods. It really does what it's suppose to.

I was a fan of the original minerals and chill, but with the two new flavors I love them even more! They helped a ton with my pregnancy exhaustion, and lack of energy. Overall a staple in my life now!
