Good alternative preventative

Doesn't work for me to stop a headache once it starts (which is why I couldn't give it 5 stars), but I take it as preventative and that is more effective for me to keep a headache from even starting. I have previously felt the ingredients were beneficial (as tea, w fresh herbs) so this is a really good alternative for me.
