The Woodland Sage Candle Refill from Grow Fragrance is hands-down my favorite (right up there with Amber Santal). I’ve tried bundles and other scents, but this was the one that started my journey. If you like earthy, masculine scents like Mahogany Teakwood from Bath & Body Works, you’ll probably love this too. It has a medium scent profile, which feels strong to me since I’m sensitive to fragrances, but it never gives me headaches. Just a heads-up: it doesn’t come with the vessel, so you’ll need to grab that separately. Honestly, I’d buy every scent if I could—this one is amazing!
The Dutch Chocolate Promix Grass Fed Whey Isolate is my favorite of the two flavors! It’s super easy to digest, just like the description says, and the chocolate flavor is so good. I love turning it into a sweet treat with organic chocolate almond MALK in my Ninja Creami. It’s not too sweet, but definitely sweeter than the French Vanilla. Overall, I really love Promix protein powders!
The French Vanilla flavor of Promix Whey Protein Isolate isn’t super strong, but I mix it with Califia Farms Organic Almond Milk (Vanilla) and it tastes great! I also use it to make ice cream in my Ninja Creami, and it’s such a clean, convenient way to boost my protein intake when I’m struggling to hit my goals. Once you get used to products without artificial ingredients, the taste really grows on you. It’s my go-to for a healthy sweet treat!

I really like the Horsetail Base Coat Polish from 100% Pure! It makes my nails feel stronger, lasts about 1 to 2 weeks, and smells like regular nail polish—just without all the unnecessary junk. It does take a little longer to dry, but it’s worth it for a cleaner option.
100% Pure’s Glass Coat Nail Polish is amazing! The quality is great, lasting about one to two weeks, and it has a beautiful finish. It does take a bit longer to dry since it’s regular polish, but it’s worth it to support a brand that prioritizes clean, customer-focused products.
I actually already take a few of the Cymbotika supplements but the Vitamin C was a much needed addition.

10/10 on minerals and chill!!! I’ve been trying to be more consistent especially leading up to my menstrual cycle and my cramps this time were much less intense than usual! I am 9 months postpartum and suffered the unavoidable B.O. that comes with it.
