Topical Magnesium Oil Spray

ive noticed ever since ive ran out of this, I haven't been sleeping as good! another must have from LH<3

Smells so good. Not sure I’ve noticed a difference in my sleeping or relaxing but it does smell good.

I like splashing some into my bath after a long 12 hr shift, helps me relax and get ready for bed

Pregnancy is hard and it’s even harder when you don’t sleep. If it wasn’t for this spray I would have gotten even less sleep. I would spray it on my legs and feet when I would wake up and couldn’t fall back asleep and it was a game changer! A must have!

I spray this magnesium oil on my feet and massage it in before bed. It’s been helping me get better rest, & also waking up easier in the AM! For those who have trouble with both, like me, this is for you!

I sleep pretty easy and hard in general. but recently I've been waking up in the middle of the night or sleeping but waking up overly tired. Literally the first night I used this I woke up feeling refreshed and not tired. You don't feel anything sticky once it dries and it has not irritated my skin at all. I workout alot so im excited to use this for sleep but also for muscle relaxation.

Been using this product for 2 weeks now and love how easy it is to apply, it smells great and drys perfectly not making you feel sticky or anything!! Highly recommend it :)
