The raspberry lemon prework out is FIRE! It tastes good, mixes well and gives an extra hand during workouts. It still made me tingle a little bit but nothing too bad. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Raspberry Lemon flavor and loved the taste. I get a great work out in and feel pumped up without feeling jittery or experiencing any type of crash. Love the clean ingredients! I do experience tingle from the bata-alanine (as warned on the packaging) but I love it!! Makes me want to work out. Wish it came in a container instead of the bag, but no complaints otherwise!

I bought the Stim-Free lemon pre-workout, and it does absolutely nothing for me. I thought that I would like it more because, sometime, regular pre-workout is too much for me. I also am not a huge fan that it comes in a bag, but it's not a huge deal. I will, however, be willing to try one of the other Promix pre-workouts that do have the bata-alanine in it, just to see if it makes a difference for me.
