I ordered this supplement after hearing Illie on a podcast. I’ve been wanting to try magnesium but, wasn’t sure which one to try. I am pleasantly surprised at how this seems to really help me relax and sleep at night! The taste is okay- my reason for 4 stars instead of five is because I can’t stand stevia. The taste makes me gag. This product must not have too much of it because I’m able to drink it quickly without issues. If the stevia was removed this product would be perfect in my opinion. Having said that, I’ll probably continue to order because it truly works well.

Truly feels like I am drinking a magic potion. Great taste, makes me feel great, and love the bright blue color it changes to. A great way to get in my daily magnesium.

I am in love with magic magnesium. I tell everyone about it and have even given it as gifts. I sleep SO good when I take this and the taste is great. It’s my base when trying to have fun with mocktails in the evening.

So far love how this is making me feel during the day and sleep at night. I have been drinking this at night for two weeks and the taste is great!

I take this before bed and I get the best sleep! I started buying two at a time because my husband and I take it during the week. We wake up in the morning feeling rested and energized. Highly recommend! Tastes delicious too!

I LOVE this magnesium powder. I alternate this with magnesium capsules and I sleep like a baby whenever I use this. It tastes good, can also mix well with an evening mocktail, and truly leaves me with outstanding sleep every time

This is the best magnesium I have tried! I have tried capsules and topical and neither worked as well as this. I have already went through one jar of it and had to order more. My sleep is much better and I noticed it helped with cramps as well. Tastes great and easy to consume. I recommend it to everyone now!

I love this magnesium! I take it before bed every night and have finished two jars already. It tastes amazing and mixes easily in water. I’ve even bought it for my sister and mom. It’s my favorite magnesium supplement, much better than Truvani Magnesium.

I’ve had my eye on this product for a while but it is usually sold out! It finally came back in stock and I ordered two! I noticed a significant change in my sleep data on my Oura ring when I drink this before bed! My sleep data is more restful, my latency is faster, and I have more deep sleep!

This is the best mag powder you can get in my opinion. It tastes great - such a subtle lemonade taste, not super sweet, just the right amount. The ingredients are great and it is half the price of some other popular brands, not to mention those brands aren't as clean as this product. I love making a nightly mocktail with this and you can even use sparkling mineral water or a adaptogen bubbly drink to make it fun! Hands down my fav product on here and I am always re ordering. You know its bad when my mom even gave me some for Christmas lol

This is is so easy to use and easy to drink. The taste is pretty subtle and I mostly just taste a little bit of lemon. I’ve been taking this before going to bed and it helps me sleep so much. I really feel like I don’t wake during the night like I would without it and I feel much better in the morning when I wake up when I take this at night. I’ve been looking for a way to incorporate more magnesium into my diet, so this is perfect!

Amazing product

I started taking this before bed to help me stay asleep during the night and to calm down before bed. I've seen a difference in my sleep for sure! Flavour is good, not too sweet. I only wish it came in a larger size.

I bought this when it first came out and was immediately obsessed when it came it. I have always been a big fan of blue Gatorade and juices. And this tastes just like the blue Gatorade just slightly more subtle and obvi actually good for you. I loved to start my day off with a big cup of water, this magnesium powder, and zuma minerals. It lasted me about a month and then it was sold out for the longest time. So when it came back in stock o ordered two of these. I really love this product.

I'm under the impression you can take this magnesium at any time of day but I'm working through my second container of this kind and it's almost like a signal to my brain that it's time to wind down. I love the taste, it's like a faint, almost salty lemonade. I froth it so it will mix well and I've been having the best sleep of my life. Now granted, I also mouth tape and use an eye mask and gua sha and yada yada but I feel like this has definitely kicked up my sleep routine a notch. It's a great price point so I say give it a try and see if it's for you! Magnesium is the one thing I know we all need and was lacking in my life so this is the perfect staple supplement for me.
