These are great and take them everyday! I have tried many probiotics in the past but these are a million times better. I could feel the difference they make within a week of taking them! I love them so much I have them on subscription to get delivered to me without having to think about reordering them!

I have struggled to find the correct & right probiotics for myself. I bought these in hopes of aiding my journey of coming off birth control which for me has consisted of frequent yeast infections. A lot of probiotics I tried weren’t really for “vaginal health”, they were generic so it just never really helped me out. Luckily, with Lady Bugs I have noticed a difference from the first I took them to now already a little less than a month.
