So disappointing

I was so excited to try this product for both my husband and I. The reviews were very good and the price point was certainly on the higher end which sadly gave me even more hope.

The texture feels good, a medium hold feeling for this kind of product. Putting it in our hair was different,.it was very sticky but we were able.to work it in and it felt okay-ish at best. Then the real fun started, we needed to wash our hands now we had this paste all over our hands but no matter how much soap and Hot water we used, it woukd not wash off. Obviously this is not going to work just based on our hands but then I wondered, how is this going to wash off my hair?

I wish I hadn't spent the money but there is no other way to learn I guess :-(
