Okay, I’ve been consuming minerals & chill for about a month now & wanted to wait some time so I could give an honest review. But WOW. I started my period today, and the energy I have is next level. My cramps are minimal, but keep in mind I also eat a whole food diet so I know that also plays part. But on top of what I’m doing for my body, this is the cherry on top!! I personally love the flavor and the convenience of it. It’s a staple in my daily routine and I will continue to keep it on hand because it’s that good!

I love going out to trails to mountain bike and I've gone without it and with it and I can definitely tell the difference. When I go without it I come back with at least 20 mosquito bites from my legs, arms, even face!! When I go with it, I don't come back with any. It really does work and it is a plus that it smells great! The bottle is a bit on the smaller size but a little product goes a long way. Definitely recommend!

I have been on the hunt for a good clean shampoo (& conditioner) that didn’t feel like crunchy clean. This shampoo is everything. It smells good, it lathers well and my hair feels so clean after.
