I have been mouth taping for years, but the other brands are seemingly cheap, smell like rubber and hurt my lips when I take off. I love the fabric used on this tape and it stays on all night. It's cute, soft and breathable with a little hole that helps when I need a quick breath, before falling asleep. I have seriously become addicted to these in the best way.

These work and have changed my life. I am a side sleeper and mouth breather. I sleep better with these on, my breath smells better when I wake and my throat isn’t parched. I was skeptical but I’m a believer. These also don’t have weird plastic smell like another popular brand .

Actually works and stays put through the night

These might one of the best things I have purchased, I mean don't get me wrong everything from livehealthilie is amazing, but these are next level. I was a little freaked out before trying them that it would feel like my mouth is duct taped shut and that is not the case at all. It is easy to peel back in the middle of the night to talk (little kids waking up) and it sticks right back on. I feel SO much better in the morning when I use the mouth tape and truly notice a difference of breathing throughout the entire day.

Just ordered my second pack! Sticky enough to hold all night but easy to take off in the morning. I don’t snore so I can’t speak to that, but my mouths feels a lot less dry and fuzzy in the mornings!
