I drink a LOT of caffeine - I mean a LOT. My body metabolizes it pretty quickly, and I rarely have an issue with preworkouts. This stuff made me jittery & itch from the inside. I tried cutting the dose in half, but it still made me itch. I ended up tossing the entire canister. :(
Hi Stephanie! So sorry you had a poor experience! I will say though it has low caffeine but it does have an amino acid called beta alanine that gives you that 'jittery' feeling so that could be why it didn't sit well with you! Our Ora pre-workout doesn't have that amino acid in it - for sure reference :)
For only 150mg caffeine, this preworkout will literally slap you in the face lol. I’m obsessed with it! And the flavor is incredible!
Super clean ingredients! I purchased the Peach Mango; taste is salty however, it does the job!
