Minerals & Chill is my go-to for restoring lost minerals and keeping me grounded during hectic days. Sure, it took some getting used to, but now it's a staple in my routine. Blended with ice, it's a refreshing treat, especially with plenty of water. Only wish the serving handle was a tad longer, but hey, that's just me being picky.

The flavor is amazing, taste like a mid day treat! Sweeter than I expected, is that from the monk fruit only? Either way, I really like it..when you’re looking for a pick me up drink/treat this is perfect. I look forward to it daily! As for mixing, put a scoop in your cup THEN pour water in, mixes best that way. As with any powder drink it needs a swirl before you take a sip, but putting the water in after the powder made a huge difference. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to add support for adrenals.

This shampoo is amazing! I have thin but oily hair and this shampoo makes my hair soft and clean. Usually I will “double wash” my hair with this and it really has been making all the difference in volume in my hair. I think the first wash gets all the dirt and grime out, but that second wash has been key to lifting and creating volume and bounce to my hair. This shampoo also will suds up (unlike some other all natural shampoos) Love the smell!
